Letter from Aideen O'Connor, addressed to her sisters Eileen and Maeve. The letter was started 'on a train that brings us back east' and completed in Minneapolis. Aideen O'Connor describes attending a party at John Wayne's house, also visits to R.K.O. studios, 20th Century Fox and Paramount. She also writes 'By the way I didn't tell you about poor Paddy Carolan. He's got T.B. and had to be sent home from San Francisco. Will Shields left Hollywood ...and joined us for the rest of the tour.' Paddy Carolan, billed as P.J. Carolan was a member of the Abbey company who also took part in the 1934 tour of the United States.
