Application filed on 15 March 1995 by Kamil Uzun against the Republic of Turkey with the European Commission of Human Rights (application no. 37410/97, referred to internally within the Kurdish Litigation Project as Case 202 and assigned to Tim Otty as lead) in which he accused Turkish military authorities of being responsible for the mortar fire that killed his mother and of endangering his father's life.
