Draft of letter from Kevin Boyle to Michael O'Boyle, Section Registrar, European Court of Human Rights, informing O'Boyle that he is now withdrawing as representative of the applicant in the Avşar case in favour of Philip Leach of the Kurdish Human Rights Project.
