Second file in the in the Avşar casefile, containing subfiles equivalent to Tabs 1 through 4 in Kevin Boyle and Françoise Hampson's filing system, plus documents orignally placed in sleeves at the front of the file. The contains correspondence pertaining to the case created between 1999 and 2001, plus documents submitted by the Turkish Government during 1998 and 1999, translations of statements and reports submitted to the Diyarbakır Provincial Gendarmerie Command, and appendices to the applicant's memorial in the case.
