System of arrangement

The series is arranged into 60 sub-sub-series, with each subseries pertaining to a particular client's case in alphabetical order by surname. Each case (sub-sub-series) has been arranged into files and sub-files ('tabs' or 'dividers') by Hampson or Boyle; this arrangement has been maintained. These materials came from binders donated by the Hampson estate, as opposed to the smaller casefiles organised in folders donated by the Boyle estate (A44/43/6).
