Statement (in Turkish with English translation) of Kadriye Avşar, widow of Şerif Avşar, made on 30 May 2000. She notes the expenditures she has made for her and her children over the past previous six years on health, accommodation, food, clothing, education, etc., since the murder of her husband, and notes the psychological effect the loss of their father has had on the children. This was submitted as Appendix 2 to the Applicant's Memorial in the Avşar case.
