Compilation of correspondence and documents pertaining to the 13 April 1994 arrest and detainment of Nebahat Akkoç by the anti-terror branch of the Diyarbakır Security Directorate. Akkoç was originally sentenced on 2 July 1997 to 3 years and 9 months in jail plus a 3-year band from the public service. This decision was revoked by the 9th Penal Office of Supreme Court of Appeal on 10 November 1997 due to lack of evidence. Includes:
