1) Statement of Zübeyir Dündar to the Cizre Public Prosecutor, 12 April 1996;
2) Statement of Esvet Dündar to the Cizre Public Prosecutor, 17 April 1996;
3) Statement of Abdülaziz Dündar to the Cizre Public Prosecutor, 18 April 1996;
4) Statement of Ramazan Imrağ, the journalist who took the photographs of Mesut Dündar’s body as seen in the Zübeyir Dündar’s application (A44/43/1/26/2/1), to the Cizre Public Prosecutor, 6 October 1999;
5) Copies of correspondence between the Cizre Public Prosecutor and other public bodies with regards to the investigation.
