Sheet (2 copies) provided by the European Court of Human Rights listing the questions that will be posed to the parties at the 20 June 2000 hearing in Strasbourg:
1) Having regard to the decision of 16 October 1998 of the Supreme Administrative Court and the decision of the Administrative Court of 17 February 1999, can the applicant still claim to be a victim of a violation of Article 10 of the Constitution?
2) Did the sanction imposed on the applicant on 14 May 1993, namely, one year’s suspension from promotion ever take effect or prejudice the applicant’s position?
