Critical analysis report on the 1993 World Conference for Human Rights
File including records relating to peace talks in Northern Ireland from 1992 to 1998. The former talks in 1992 were what became known as the Brooke/Mayhew talks in Northern Ireland in 1991/92, chaired by Sir Ninian Stephen. They were the first negotiations to divide into three strands - relationships within Northern Ireland, between north and south, and between Britain and Ireland. The latter material relates to the Good Friday Agreement.
