Material in this subsubseries relates to push to have widowers be entitled to portion of deceased spouse's pension in Public Service (in line with widows’ entitlement to deceased spouse's pension), including case taken by Nick and Mary Robinson (MR) v Minister of Public Service, (1977-87), and is arranged chronologically across three files. MR was at this time acting as Senior Counsel for the Employment Equality Agency.

'Wild Harvest' - Written by Ken Bourke and directed by Andy Hinds, performed at Druid Lane Theatre, Galway. Druid took this production on a nationwide tour in September 1989. File includes documents regarding the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and its fifteenth Robert Adams Postgraduate Lecture, by Etienne Rynne, and entitled "Sir William Wilde's Lough Corrib Archaeologically Re-assessed", held at the D'Arcy Thompson Lecture Theatre, UCG (NUIG), 7 March 1986. Includes correspondence between Rynne and the RCSI, inviting Rynne to deliver the lecture and letters planning his arrangement. Also manuscript research notes by Rynne and copies of articles/research material used by Rynne in writing the lecture.

Case relates to the Williams family, O'Connors family and 11 other families from the Travelling Community who were living in caravans on two sites at Fassaroe, Bray County Wicklow, owned by Bray Urban District Council (UDC) before they were removed by a Court Order. The children of these families were attending a special school and training centre St Kieran’s, Bray Co Wicklow, established in 1967 for travelling people, which necessitated the families residing in the area. Most of applicants had applied to Bray UDC for housing and case related to Bray UDC's duty to provide them with suitable alternative accommodation, and to ensure children did not lose out on education. Case heard in Wicklow Circuit Court 07/02/1981. High Court appeal heard 18, 19 March 1981, but ordered on 14/04/1981 to leave sites. Went to European Commission 18/09/1981, registered 30/11/1981 and on 12/12/1983 ruled inadmissible. In meantime most of the families had received housing from Bray UDC.
