              TS copy of document written by [Kevin Boyle] entitled "Whitelaw's Next Amnesty" referring to and discussing the amnesty introduced for those who defied the ban on organised marching in Northern Ireland. The Amnesty was introduced through the office of William Whitelaw, Northern Ireland Secretary of State. Boyle outlines his opinion on past amnesty in Northern Ireland and further possible outcomes.
