Includes original steam ship ticket from the Glasgow to Galway and the West of Ireland steamer, travelling from Glasgow to Galway, 27 May 1899, with signature on the back by the ticket bearer, with attached letter of provenance from son of the ticket bearer sending the ticket to Rynne (1981); Assorted letters to Rynne from individuals seeking information on items in Galway Museum, such as Claddagh rings, the Museums Association of Ireland; Letter to Rynne from Joan Duffy, Honorary Secretary, Irish Museums Trust, 4 June 1981, outlining the activities of the Trust and an attached questionnaire on museums in Ireland.
