[No Date]; typescript discussion document and preliminary proposals regarding development of the Municipal Theatre and Black Box Theatre in Galway; Project overview document with details of development, drawings, costs, budgets and details prepared by O'Riain and Yates and Associates Architects for Galway Corporation (1993); photocopy of manuscript preliminary discussion points; typescript 'Sketch preliminary Report on the construction of a multi-purpose theatre on Dyke Road', Dec 1993.
File 2 includes minutes and agenda of minutes of meetings of the Galway Municipal Theatres Trust, with detailed accounts of the actions and discussions of the group. Also includes related letters and correspondence between the Trust members, Galway Corporation, and individuals such as Mike Diskin and Michael D. Higgins T.D.
File 3: Includes architect's report and overview document with costs and budgets for plans to develop the Black Box Theatre prepared by Kerrigan Sheanon Newman Architects. Also includes press coverage from Galway-based press and media of the development of Galway Municipal Theatre and of the Black Box Theatre.

File relating to the establishment of the Macnas arts Association, details of its first meeting of its second committee (Mar 1993), and minutes of meetings of the Galway Arts, Social and Cultural Club, with minutes of meetings taken place at Fisheries Field through 1993.

Files relating to the participation and association of Macnas with the Galway [International] Arts Festival.
Files 1 and 2 include minutes and meetings of the Board of Galway [International] Arts Festival and related correspondence, with details of activities and discussions of the Board in relation to the planning and administration of the Festival for 1992 - 1994. Also includes briefing document made by the Festival and presented to Michael D. Higgins, T.D., Minister for Arts, Culture, and the Gaeltacht, 1993.
Files 3-4 include printed programmes from the Festival for years 1990, 1991, 1993, 1994, 1997. Also includes printed programme from production by Footsbarn Theatre Company; flyers from Babóró Children's Festival (1997) and also a programme flyer from Galway Children's Arts Festival 1991.

Assorted printed arts and culture magazines from Galway and the West of Ireland, including "Arts West", a guide to the arts in Mayo and Sligo (Oct 1998); 'Tin Drum' (issue Zero) Oct 1996; 'The Word on Galway', no. 3, (c. 1990-1991); 'The Word on Galway', no. 11, Christmas 1991; 'Project '06', published by a group of Galway-based artists. (July 2006).

A number of hardbound A4 diaries and notebooks with manuscript notes and details regarding tour planning and logistics by Macnas. Diaries present for years 1993 (multiple volumes) and 1997. One is labelled 'Gary McMahon' and all appear to be created by McMahon. Includes details of production and tour management, scheduling, meeting details, etc. Volume labelled 'Tour Diary' included a city-by-city account of the 1993 Macnas tour, illustrated by drawings and sketches.

Files of press cuttings from regional, national and international press, with coverage of events produced by Macnas since its foundation in 1986, and also including interviews with Macnas members, such as Paraic Breathnach.

Assorted brochures, programmes, reports etc. from arts events in Galway, regionally in the West of Ireland and nationally and internationally.

TS letter signed by Murray Sayle and on Sunday Times headed paper, to Kevin Boyle, "I suppose one day we will learn what really happened on B Sunday". . .and adds further comment on Bloody Sunday. Sayle resigned from the Sunday Times in protest of his investigative article into the events of Bloody Sunday was refused to be published by the Sunday Times.
