TS document reporting on actions and experiences of the NICRA since its foundation at the [previous] inaugural meeting. Numerous obstacles to enforcing Civil Rights in Northern Ireland are named and discussed, including the Special Powers Act, banning of Republican Clubs, rights of itinerants, evictions, Special Branch Harassment and news of a meeting be held in September to form a branch of the NICRA in Derry.

Flyers are entitled "The Civil Rights Movement Ultimatum To Stormont June 1969", "Justice in Elections", "People of Ulster Support. . . ", "Support the Demands of the Civil Rights Movement", "How to Discredit the Police", "Houses on Need" and other such documents. Also includes a printed poster with the text " Do you agree with Internment, Brutality, Repression, Intimidation, Sectarianism, Discrimination. . ." Also includes a pamphlet published by the Research Department of the Northern Ireland Civil Rights Association entitled "Discrimination! - The Facts" and a pamphlet entitled "Innocent Equals Guilty Under the Special Powers Act" published by the Northern Ireland Civil Rights Association.
