Includes details and orders such as disengagement of Captains to Ballina (15 Feb 1922); Rynne based at Imperial Hotel, Sligo; to Rynne at O'Connor's Hotel, Swinford, asked to report to Dalton (28 Jan 1922), and other similar communications.

Also carbon copy of letter from Rynne to Mulcahy, thanking Mulcahy for his letter and Rynne stating he hopes his letters to the press can help "stem the flow of nonsense which now passes for history."
