The card has been detached from its perforated place within the document. Membership is for the Branch of the Five Provinces (established in 1904 in the St. Stephen's Green District). Outlined are stated work and aims of the branch subscription rates, timetables and various courses offered.
Permission card sent to Michael Rynne in the name of [Mary] Rynne to attend a public session of Dáil Éaireann, 17th August 1921.
