Includes copy letter from Padraic Breathnach to James Harold, Arts Officer, Galway County Council, making application for funding for Macnas, with list of activities planned by Macnas for 1991 enclosed, with projected income and expenditure; from Breathnach to Peadar Curran, Eyre Square Centre, Galway, discussing schedule and costs of upcoming events, one named as "The Ferocious O'Flaherty's." Also letters regarding sponsorship of Macnas events as well as membership/employment on community employment scheme operated by Macnas. Includes series of letters between Macnas and a number of individuals such as art and music historians and music organisations, seeking assistance and information on the making of steel drums.
