              Jersild V. Denmark

              Documents relating to the case of Jersild V. Denmark. The case refers to Jens Olaf Jersild, a journalist, who made a documentary and who featured commentary from a group known as the 'Green Jackets' which was racist and derogatory towards immigrants in Denmark. Jersild was charged with aiding and supporting such comments by featuring them in his documentary. The charges were reversed in a decision made by the European Court for Human Rights. Kevin Boyle provided a statement to the case.
