File 1 relates to Civic Forum. File 2 relates to post-Good Friday Agreement talks and discussions, largely on cross-border bodies and issues within negotiations. Includes "Note for the Record" of Consultative Meeting of DFM (Seamus Mallon) and FM (David Trimble), Hugh Logue, and others, with Sinn Féin delegation, including Gerry Adams, Alex Maskey and others (16 Sep 1998) discussing terms of Agreement, such as number of departments and respective ranking, roles etc.
