              File 1 relates to Civic Forum. Includes document headed "Establishment of Civic Forum" outlining remit and scope of the Forum; OFMDFM document and emails with meetings/discussion on "Appointment of Chairperson for the Civic Forum-Selection Panel" (27 Jul 2000). Booklet entitled "Civic Forum for Northern Ireland - Membership Profiles" with details on organisations and individuals as part of the Civic Forum (Oct 2000).

              File 2 relates to post-Good Friday Agreement talks and discussions, largely on cross-border bodies and issues within negotiations. Includes "Note for the Record" of Consultative Meeting of DFM (Seamus Mallon) and FM (David Trimble), Hugh Logue, and others, with Sinn Féin delegation, including Gerry Adams, Alex Maskey and others (16 Sep 1998) discussing terms of Agreement, such as number of departments and respective ranking, roles etc.
