The former talks in 1992 were what became known as the Brooke/Mayhew talks in Northern Ireland in 1991/92, chaired by Sir Ninian Stephen. They were the first negotiations to divide into three strands - relationships within Northern Ireland, between north and south, and between Britain and Ireland. The latter material relates to the Good Friday Agreement.

Includes attached report from both inspectors to the Commission on their inspection of said IRA arms dumps, concluding that they viewed a substantial amount of weapons and explosives but are satisfied that all are securely stored, cannot be accessed without detection and represents "a genuine effort by the IRA to advance the Peace Process."
