Including an attached statement from lawyer Cihan Aydın regarding the document and a signed statement of the muhtar of Gökalp Quarter stating that Mehmet Timurtaş is a renter in the neighbourhood and in a bad economic condition but that he is unable to authorise Timurtaş's declaration of means directly 'because it is not under my job'.
