Included are descriptions of Slackport (a small harbour at the end of the track on the Western shore), Huige's Creek, Fó Dorán, Loch Beag, and Offshore Rocks. John O'Malley of Ballyconneely and John Abbie Conneely are credited with providing some of the local information.

Included are a brief description of megaliths located here along with an illustration of a portal tomb, and Giant's Knee (a roughly hemispherical pothole, full of water, which Philomena Welsh advised always has water in it that cures warts.
