Photocopy of the Dramatic Production Contracts for the rights to produce 'Kindred' in the United States; the contract was entered into between Edward Choate of 307 East 44th Street, New York City and Paul Vincent Carroll, c/o Richard J. Madden Play Company, Paramount Building, New York City. Paul Vincent Carroll received an initial payment of $2000, and royalties of 10% of all gross weekly box office receipts. Edward Choate agreed to produce and present the play on or before the 29 October 1939
