Saurin writes that he has 'to take things easy indeed but I daresay I will be fit to resume my hospitals Trust work in the New Year...actually what I had was a heart attack - coronary thrombosis...'; Saurin goes on to explain that he gave Shields address to an American cousin of his who was keen to visit a studio in Hollywood.
