The photocopy of the book was provided to Kerby A. Miller by Tom Mahoeny per letter of 5 November 2018. Mahony had been given a copy of the book by John O'Conor, descendant of the author, circa 1993.

Photocopy of Green Clad Hills: 1859-1937, a compilation of poetry written by Irish emigrant Patrick H. O'Conor compilated by his granddaughter, Eleanor Hickey. Patrick H. O'Conor was born in 1852 at Mullaghduff, County Leitrim. In 1872, he emigrated to Massachusetts and spent 56 years working for the Danvers Blachery in Peabody, rising to head of the finishing department. Also included is correspondence between Kerby A. Miller and donor Tom Mahoney.
