It is signed "Ms President: Keep the beacon alight! Aongus Collins" (Scratch). This cartoon appeared in The Star newspaper, 28/05/1993.

Certificate in large frame (16"x10") from New York State Executive Chamber in recognition of members of the 1993 Physically Challenged New York State and Irish Youth Teams, which were hosted by organizers and athletes of the Irish Games for the Physically Challenged, and by President Mary Robinson as part of an exchange programme linked to the New York State Parks Games for the Physically Challenged.
