The observations state that the materials adds more contemporary evidence to the effect that little substantial has done to further the investigation into Savaş Buldan despite the fact that this case is now the subject of a 20-year continuing investigation order, and that the documents revels the way in which the investigation is systematically avoiding the links between the murder and possible perpetrators.
