Observations of the Turkish Government submitted (in French with to the European Commission of Human Rights on the admissibility of the application of Sedat Aslantaş. The Government asks that the Commission reject the application as domestic remedies have not yet been exhausted, and states that Aslantaş's freedom of speech does not excuse him from promoting a terrorist organisation (the Government then accuses the Diyarbakır branch of the Human Rights Association of being associated with the PKK) or anti-government propaganda. Appendices (in Turkish with English translation) include the various Turkish court records pertaining to Aslantaş's indictment, arrest, remanding, and conviction in absentia.
