Report compiled by Françoise Hampson for Kevin Boyle and Aisling Reidy during the process of distributing legal costs and fees received in the Akdeniz and others, Şarli, Çiçek, Dulaş, Kılıç, and İlhan cases. Hampson notes that there is a shortfall in the amount received as compared to the sum awarded by the Court in all cases except Çiçek. Hampson notes the process of distributing funds between the Essex lawyers and Diyarbakır lawyers, and notes that it is up to Boyle and herself to make up any shortfalls should they arise. The report includes schedules of distribution for each case. The report is enclosed by a letter from Helen Balami, Litigation Support Project, to the Diyarbakır Branch of the Human Rights Association informing that they have now been transferred the monies owed to them from work performed in the Kılıç, Dulaş, Çakıcı, and Yaşa cases following the payment of legal fees by the Turkish Government in these cases.
