Ring binder containing typed copies of minutes and circulated material of meetings of the Board of Directors of Amharclann Náisiúnta na Gaeilge Teo. Includes copy of a memorandum of the Department of the Gaeltacht following an meeting between an Taibhdhearc and the Department. It outlines the work of the theatre, as well as the capital needs for present and future needs (28 April 1985). Also a proposal by Seán Stafford that "Factory Girls" by Frank McGuinness be translated by Máire Stafford and produced by Pádraicín Nic Ghiollarnáth (19 October 1985). Also discussion over the four year plan for an Taibhdhearc. "Dúirt Pádraig Ó Baoill go bhfuil dáinséar ann go mbéadh muid ag tabhairt iniomarca áireamh di chúrsaí airgead agus dearmud a dhéanamh ar chaighdeán aisteóireachta" (26 August 1986).
