Memorial of the Turkish Government submitted to the European Court of Human Rights in the Taş case. The Government maintains its claims that Muhsin Taş was a PKK terrorist who escaped hospital in spite of his injuries and fled. The Government also states that 'The applicant reveals his intentions of making separatist propaganda by repeating that there are two different ethnic origins: "Turk" and "Kurd"...The applicant tried to concrete his application, which was lodged to the Commission with racial implications and influence the Commission by creating imaginary witnesses and alleging that he had been exiled to another city.' The Government asks the Court to dismiss all finding of the Commission.
