Memorandum of Agreement

Parties: The Abbey Theatre of Dublin, Irish Free State as Party of the First Part and Alberand Wickes Inc. of Boston, Mass. U.S.A. as Party of the Second Part.

Withesseth: The Party of the Second Part agrees to manage an American and Canadian tour for the Abbey Theatre Irish Players during the season 1934-35, which shall last from October 1st 1934 to June 15th 1935. The party of the First Part agrees that the Abbey Theatre Irish Players, consisting of a company of fourteen (14) players, three (3) stage hands, with normal scenery, costumes and properties, will arrive in the United States or Canada, as requested, not later than October 8th 1934.
