Discussing the objective (placing the peace process in a European dimension), particular proposals (ceasefire and all-Ireland conference with special points on the Unionists), and ways to present this to the Taoiseach, Charles Haughey. (With copy of caption by [Éamonn Downey], proposing author and date, also adding that according to Duddy this is an important paper for its pan-nationalist content, and that Duddy, DB [Denis Bradley] and 'Pony Man' were present during its composition.)
