The sub-file originally consisted of: an index of documents numbered 60 through 64 showing the creator, recipient, subject, and date of each document; English language transcriptions of each document by number; and photocopies of the original Turkish language documents by number. Later added to the file were documents submitted by the Government on 23 December 1997 and forwarded to the applicant's legal team by the Commission.
