Ring binder with A4 pages of manuscript notes, vocabulary, learning notes, and writings about the Irish language by Paddy McMenamin. Includes notes on words, tenses, phrases in the Irish language, poetry in Irish, as well as writings by McMenamin, such as a short essay entitled "The Gaelic Tongue". Also includes a certificate of "Feis Cheis Fada" (Long Kesh Feis), Christmas 1975, awarded to McMenamin.

Walsh writes seeking information from Robinson on possible pre-historic burial structures on Slieve Carran, and encloses a photocopied article by the Burren Wildlife Foundation. Copy reply from Robinson who has found a reference to these structures in his diary from 1976. Two local sources believed them to be 19th century enclosures for storing cow dung. Letter from Walsh enclosing an offprint of an article he wrote with Carleton Jones a 'Recent Discoveries on Roughaun Hill, county Clare'.
