Drafts, correspondence and publication details relating to the pamphlet 'Setting Foot on the Shores of Connemara'. Earlier drafts were entitled 'Towards a Map of South Connemara'. The pamphlet was published by The Lilliput Press in 1981, and re-published in 1984.
File includes A4 notepad of notes and writings handwritten by Kevin Boyle on the topic of sentencing reform. The notepad is interspersed with printed pages of research material. Other printed items include research papers on sentencing, details of historical cases where sentencing was an issue and challenged in Irish courts and letter from Tom Hadden to Kevin Boyle (18 Apr 1988) discussing in detail sentencing and cases and the idea of a book on this matter.
