Typescript copy of deed of release of mortgage between Jane Blake of Drimcong, Dermot Donelan of Sylane, and Thomas O'Conor Donelan of Sylane. It releases the Donelans from a mortgage placed on the lands by a tenant named Kilkelly. The lands are Woodquay, Poulnemal and Sylane.

Deed of release between Richard Rawson and Marcia his wife, to Dermot O'Connor relating to judgements won against him in the Court of King's Bench by Patrick Flynn in 1758, and another judgement obtained by John Trewlis against Dermot O'Connor in 1772. Dermot is released from these judgements for the sum of £500.

Deed of lease between Thomas O'Connor of Woodquay, County Galway, of the first part, and John Lynasky, Thomas Lohan, Hugh Reilly, Michael Murphy, Martin Noughaily and Martin Cullinane, all of Trinebane, County Galway, of the lands of Trinebane. To hold for 22 years at £32.4.5 per annum. States that each lessee shall be responsible for the actions of the other lessees.

Deed of lease between Thomas Donelan and Belinda, formerly O'Connor, his wife, of the first part, and Francis Loghan of Trienbane and Patrick Riley of Poulnamal, on the second part. He grants that part of the lands of Silihane known as Parkalassa and Tubber Darrig, formerly held by the tenants of Woodquay, which contains twenty acres and was used to manure the lands. To hold for twenty-one years at £1.6.0 per acre. Also copy of same.

Deed of lease between the Rev. Thomas O'Connor and Mable Donelan, alias O'Connor, granting to her the house and lands known as Silane, apart from his own room and small stable which is exclusive of Miss Donelan. She is to hold it for 31 years at £30.12.8.

Deed of lease between the Rev. Thomas O'Connor of Woodquay, and Anthony Connor of Beaghbane of the said county, farmer. Grant of house and two acres of lands for the lives of Anthony and Mary Conners for their own lives, for six shillings. They are to hold it for eight years, but should they die before that the lands revert to Thomas O'Connor.
