The copy is drawn up by Whitney & Moore, 46 Kildare St., Dublin [Badly damaged by hydrolysis, very fragile].

              Deed of marriage settlement between William Doolan of Portumna, William Doolan of Cadesburrow and Catherine Doolan, daughter of the first William, of the first part; Nicholas Donelan of Jockey Hall of the second part; Redmond Dolphin of Corr, County Galway of the third part, and Charles Lambert of Creggchargin, County Galway, of the fourth part. Catherine is settled with a jointure of £800. Nicholas Donelan is given a life interest in the lands of Gortneslicky, Cartron, the town and lands of Tubberspadder, commonly called Jockey Hall, the commonage of the mountain of Cloughbooly and the commonage of Turloghnaglaochdough in County Galway. It also makes allowance for the children from the marriage of Nicholas and Catherine. Also copy of same.

              Deed of marriage settlement between Nehemiah Donelan of Cahirrowen, County Galway and his daughter Rebecca of the first part, Charles Lambert of Cregaclare and Anthony Blake of Shruell, County Galway of the second part, and Thomas Kirwan of Blindwell, County Galway of the third part. The dowry is £800 and Thomas Kirwan will bring in £3000. A pension of the interest of £1,000 is settled on Rebecca should Thomas die, and the inheritance will pass onto their children. If Rebecca should die within three years of the marriage then £400 of the marriage portion would revert to her father.

              NOTE: Final section of the notebook is a manuscript script entitled "Mademoiselle Flic Flac in the Red Room", later produced by Pan Pan.
