Correspondence relating to the expression of interest by Tom Murchan, Dublin South Community Radio to the IRTC [Independent Radio and Television Commission] in providing a low-power community radio station in the Dublin area, and photocopies of related correspondence sent by Frank Jordan, Chairman, National Association of Concerned Viewers of Ireland, objecting to the retention permission for the transmission mast on Keeper Hill, County Tipperary, and planning permission for future masts. Includes photocopies of reports and press cuttings on dangers of "Microwave TV" as well as solicitors’ letters on behalf of Jordan, to The Planning and Development Section, Tipperary North Riding County Council. Unclear what Mary Robinson's involvement was.
