It also includes correspondence between MR and GD Doyle, secretary of the Professional Practices Committee in relation to her appearance on Today Tonight, RTÉ to discuss the Divorce referendum, and possible breaches of the Bar Council's ruling on appearances by barristers, 16/03-17/05/1982; direct correspondence from Norman Jones (Insurance and Financial Services) in relation to the Income Protection Scheme, and its cancellation upon MR taking role of President of Ireland (30/09/1986-24/04/1991) and from Miller (Ireland) Insurance Brokers Ltd. in relation to Professional Indemnity Insurance and the reduced rates available once MR took up office as President (12/03/1990-24/08/1992), and subsequently Coyle Hamilton Corporate Broking, for same (19/03/1993-03/05/1995) and in relation to the Fair Trade Commission report on Restrictive Practices in the Legal Profession (02-05/07/1990).

              Production notebook relating to production and development of The Game by Macnas, which was staged as part of the 1987 Connacht (Gaelic) Football Final. A4 hardback bound notebook, with manuscript notes and drawings of scenarios and scenes of the production, and also drawings of the proposed set/staging. Notebook is in the name of Paraic Breathnach.               Material relating to the Gaelic Union, consisting of correspondence, membership card and scrap-books. The Gaelic Union (Aondacht na Gaeilge) founded in March 1880 by a group of Irish-language activists and scholars who had previously been members of the Society for the Preservation of the Irish Language, including David Comyn, Thomas O'Neill Russell and Canon Ulick Bourke. Dissatisfied with what they considered the lack of activity and public impact by the earlier society, they sought to implement practical measures that would arrest the decline of Irish as a living language. It published "Irishleabhar na Gaedilge".
