MS letter to Boyle stating "I have carefully read an article titled 'Calm and Cheerful Ulster Militant' which dealt with you". The author outlines his comments towards Boyle, "Your feelings about 'Civil Rights' may be legitimate but your parallels are way off". Letter also references Bernadette Devlin and her fundraising for the the Irish Catholics of Northern Ireland but mentions that the money, the author believes "was being funnelled to the militant I.R.A.", further comments on comparisons between the cause of Black Civil Rights in the U.S. and Civil Rights in Northern Ireland, further references such as "Where was your (Boyle's) compassion and outrage for the women and children who were being bombed by the I.R.A.. . ." and finally further comments on Bernadette Devlin.
