Four copies of a statement issued by the Language Freedom Movement on recent reports issued by the Government and Comhlacht Comhairleach na Gaeilge. In the statement, the reports are criticised as suffering from the same defects as the White Paper on the Restoration of the Irish language (1965), in ambiguously defining the ultimate aim of the language policy, and in not outlining the cost of the policy. The statement concludes with a comment on the civil and constitutional rights of parents and pupils, adversely affected by the policy of compulsion and discrimination.
