Letters of authorisation signed by the applicants in the Menteş and others and Şükran Aydın cases authorising Kevin Boyle, Françoise Hampson, Mahmut Şakar, and Osman Baydemir to be their legal representatives, as well as letters signed by the four representatives stating that they are authorised to practice in a contracting state of the European Court of Human Rights. The forms are enclosed by a letter to Herbert Petzold, Registrar, European Court of Human Rights, requesting to be able to use Turkish in the Court in both of the cases.
