Letter (in Turkish with English translation) from Sedat Aslantaş to Kerim Yıldız and Bill Bowring outlining his losses and damages incurred as a result of his breached rights, including income losses, supplementary meals to compensate for substandard prison food, his legal office expenditures he had to maintain while imprisoned, and adverse health problems brought on by the stress of imprisonment. Aslantaş does emphasise that he was not tortured or maltreated while imprisoned. Attached are copies of receipts for fines paid by Aslantaş as part of his sentencing. The letter is enclosed by a forwarding fax from Alice Faure Walker, Kurdish Human Rights Project, to Camille Giffard.
