Scope and content

"Letter from Seán Ó Ruadháin, Daib Chonnacth (Craoibh Ath Cliath), 39 Cearnóg Parnell, , to An tAthair Mhic an Mheidh, Ballyhaunis, County Mayo, pointing out that the Daib is fairly inactive apart from himself and two or three others, and saying that he would put his points before the next meeting of this group. He says that he is wrong to assume that there has been a falling out between himself and É Mac Fionnáin, and outlines the story. In relation to the book, he would be more than happy with the idea, but states that he would have little support. ""Sílim féin gur an romarca scéimeanna atáthar a cheapadh agus tá sé an-doiligh airgead a bhailiú!"" He thanks him for his efforts but fears that he would not bring any improvement to the paper [in Irish]."
