Part of letter from Laurence Storey, land agent, Aughrim to G.R. Wade, saying that when he went out that Kelly had the men working on his drains. He was told that Mr Wade wanted the other drains done first, and that the drains he was doing should be done by himself. Kelly offered to refund the cost of the workmen for the work they had done. He has now discontinued that work and will continue with Mrs Persse's. He states that two of Mr Loughwell's bullocks had got into the heifers at Newcastle, and that he feels that hay will be necessary for them.
