Part of letter from Laurence Storey, land agent, Aughrim to G.R. Wade, reporting that he has been in contact with P Kelly who wanted to start with the workmen on the drains for the garden. He comments that he will not allow work to begin without his consent, and that he will continue to work on Mrs Persse's side until he hears from him. He states that the heifers are doing well. He states that the ditch by Mrs Hare's had been very carefully and well constructed but that it would be expensive. He will approach Pat Minton privately to find out what his intentions are.
