He discusses the difficulties that might arise if they signed an agreement with the Midland Railway Co. regarding tourist traffic. A subsidy would have to be offered to support daily sailings to Ballyvaughan. Encloses two newspaper cuttings from "The Galway Observer" and the "Galway Pilot" relating to the office and the Galway Bay Steamboat Co Ltd.
