Letter from James A Grant in which he writes of a newspaper article in "The Independent" about Aran and 'referring very specially to the company'. Sir Henry Bellew and Father Farragher have both praised the services of the company but hope the Company will make better provision for the transport of cattle next year. Includes references to the health of Sir George Morris and Mrs Miller [wife of John Miller, shareholder], mackerel fishing and a proposal to run a steamboat to Kinvara for the races.
